1. Diversified Designs will provide consulting and engineering services at no cost if you grant us the right to exclusively manufacture your prototype or project needs, up to 5 revision levels that we design for you or up to the last revision level that we designed and manufactured.

 

 

2. Consulting and engineering fees are waived for the sole privileges or exclusive rights to manufacture what we engineered up to the last revision level and manufactured sample.

 

 

3. Note: Diversified Designs is not asking for the rights to your product but the rights to solely manufacture what we design for you per revision level. We waive the design and engineering costs for the right to produce your prototype up to the last revision level and manufactured sample from that revision level.
